The combination of the technology of MEMS and flow control gradually makes the application of active flow control technology feasible and accelerates the progress of active flow control technology. The fundamental principle, the key technology and the mechanism that how and where MEMS could be used in active flow controls are discussed briefly in this thesis. The progress in the active flow control based on the technology micro-sensor, the micro-controller, the micro-actuator and the integration technologies are also introduced in the paper.In this thesis, the two-dimensional numerical simulation in the rectangle channel is carried out using LES, from which the information of the flow field is obtained. The active control is implemented based on these data. The effect of the velocity along the direction of the flow on the whole flow field is studied. And how the parameters in the eddy, the pressure and the velocity will vary after the active control is taken. By the analysis of the coefficients of the wall friction and convection heat transfer, rules of taking control of the velocity along the flow are found.In order to investigate the influence of velocity in different directions to the flow field, the effect of the velocity perturbation normal to the flow direction on the whole flow field is studied. By the analysis of the coefficients of the wall friction and convection heat transfer with different velocity perturbation at different special position, the basic regulation of how the perturbation in the flow field will affect the temperature field is obtained.Through the numerical simulation of the active flow control, some theoretical foundations to the study of the active control in the MEMS technology are provided, which is helpful in the practical projects.
