Aerocraft's security is affected by axial contacts problem of turbofan aeroengine severely. Higher rotate speed of engine and smaller distance between vane and stator were the key factors that were used for raising aero engine's performance, which made the damage of axial contacts between stator and vane more and more serious. To avoid these accidents, rotor dynamic analyses should be considered in the whole process of design and development of turbofan aero engine and find out dynamic characteristics of axial stator-rotor contacts theoretically , which is one of nonlinear factor of mechanical structure, provide the basis to eliminate and avoid the hazards of axial stator-rotor contacts to the aeroengine in the reality. The work of this thesis mainly has four parts:Part One: Established the model of an axial contact turbofan aeroengine A multiple-disk rotor-stator dynamic model was well developed, which consisted of a rotor with two discs mounted on a massless shaft and a stator. Part Two: The equations of contact points coordinates were presented and axial contact force was analyzedBased on the theory of bend and composition theory of macro angular displacement vector of disk can be confirmed by composing the different disk corner vectors.The equations of contact points coordinates were presented and axial contact force was analyzed. It's useful for further studying on nonlinear vibration characteristics of the system with distribution of contact points.Part Three: Established nonlinear dynamic differential equation of the system The force parameters and torture parameters were obtained, which related to the analysis of dynamic differential equation of the system and the dynamic differential equation of system with axial stator-rotor contacts was established, which depicted inherent law of the rotor torsional vibration and bending vibration coupled and lateral vibration of the stator.Part Four: Numerical analysis and conclusionsReveal the vibration rule of system from without axial contacts to axial contacts and axial contacts in different lever. Obtain the influence to vibration rule of system when single parameter changed. At the end of this paper, the main investigation results are summarized.
