With the development of technology of the microcomputer and electric power as well as the widely use of them in various system, it is feasible to measure and analyse electric parameter of intelligent power station in quick and exact way, especially for harmonic in it. Now, some arithmetic for calculating electric parameter are gotten by the hypothesis that the input signal is simple sinusoid. If there have harmonic, there will be error. Such as half—wave integral algorithm and Mann—Morrison derivative algorithm. A new type Measurement and control System of Intelligent Power Station has been introduced in this paper. It is the prophase task of automatic control system of intelligent power station. The research on the mathematic model of the calculating of the parameter of electric which has harmonic has been presented in the paper. The principle of interpolating windowed FFT algorithm and the difficulty and resolvent in carrying out the interpolating windowed FFT algorithm in pointing DSP and the application of the interpolating windowed FFT in TMS320LF2407A DSP have been introduced in this paper. All processes of the development of the system, which contain the hardware connections and software of Alternating sampling and A/D conversion module, input and output module,the interface of SCI with RS—485,CAN controller and D/A Conversion, have been introduced in this paper by integrate with technology of DSP, LCD, computer, and communication. We can get the result of the experimentation and simulated data and the same time we have analysed the error. The simulated data in MATLAB has been compared with the result of DSP. It has proved that the system had made it absolutely, and the basic of the next task has been built on the rock. What will be done for completing the whole task has been write in the final chapter of the paper.
