Sea Dredged Sediment Ceramisite Combined Aggregates Concrete(CAC) is made from ceramisite and crushed stone. In one hand, it can be reduce the natural resources use of shale and clay, alleviate the destroy to environment, in the other hand, it can consume a lot of sea dredged sediment, lessen the environment problem made by dumpling and disposing sediment. Castoff is made best use of and significance is very big.This paper summarizes the sediment disposing and using condition, discusses the development of the CAC study and evaluates the rode merits of the sea dredged sediment.In the experiment firstly, materials used in CAC are carefully chosen, and materials performance experiments are carried out according as criterion. Secondly, through analysis and contrast to all the experiment methods, orthogonal experiment method is fixed on. Factors affecting the performance of the CAC are studied and estimated, ceramisite and crushed stone ratio and libration time are chosen to studied along with five levels, orthogonal scheme is worked out. Thirdly, based on the mixture ratio method of Light Weight Aggregates Concrete and ordinary concrete, CAC mixture ratio design is developed. In the end, CAC experiment is carried out in laboratory, and relationship between ceramisite and crushed stone ratio and mechanics performance, anti-frozen, volume distortion, as well as libration time and mechanics performance. The result is that when ceramisite and crushed stone ratio is about 1/1, rode performance is excellent, ratio of strength and density is highest, mass lower and intensity higher performance is best,and CAC mechanics performance is good too,. It also shows that when libration time is about 15 min, combined mixture's workability and mechanics performance is best.At the ceramisite and crushed stone ratio and libration time, the frost resistance, shrinkage deformation performance is good.In this paper, a lot of theoretic discuss is done. On the meso-level, coarse aggregates,interface between coarse and cement coarse,cement coarse,sea dredged aggregates ,interface between sea dredged aggregates and cement coarse are regarded as the five kinds materials in mixed aggregates concrete. Many computer experiments are done, and formula of volume grain distributing and area grain distributing, volume ratio and area ratio is found. volume grain distributing and area grain distributing is as the same, volume ratio and area ratio is linear, method of establishing the area grain distributing is given. A Procedure that adopts the take-and-Place method is used to generate two-dimensional random aggregate analysis model coincident with real concrete condition based on the Monte Carlo random sampling principle, then meshing the model to generate quadrangular elements and assign the different material properties of aggregates, cement coarse and interface of aggregates and cement coarse to respective elements,a numerical model specimen for the computer simulation analysis is formed.CAC rode design method and construction notice proceeding are also given. According to the experiment rode condition, rode surface thickness is proposed, as well as the constructions propose. Economic evaluation shows that cost of CAC rode surface studied in this paper is a little higher than ordinary concrete. Tt is a good new type rode material that can not only use up a lot of sea dredged sediment, but also bring some excellent merits. In the end, sea dredged sediment aggregates used in bridge and speedway house construction is discussed.
