| Out-of-gauge goods have the features of unwieldy, long, large, and expensive. Most of them are used in industry, agriculture and military, which make special significance to the development of national economy, particularly on national infrastructure and the national defense. The number of out-of-gauge goods increases gradually with the development of national economy. Out-of-gauge goods transportation is a kind of transportation beyond clearance of locomotive and vehicle, in particular, some large cargo are ultra-GB gauge transportation, therefore, the study of the railway gauge has theoretical and practical value synchronously. Railway clearance is the date on control point of tunnels,bridges,flyovers,overpass,platform etc, Bridge and Tunnel gauge information is measured and drawn by clearance measurement car, other equipment gauge information is measured and drawn by manual measurement. This paper uses the existing information of gauge, from different angles and different methods, study the problem of section comprehensive gauge and history comprehensive gauge.This paper presents the definition of section comprehensive gauge, analyses the size data of construction clearance, base on this, calculates and synthesizes gauge on the different heights of section gauge, in different situation, such as straight lines, curves, left, right, proposes algorithm of section comprehensive gauge. To history comprehensive gauge, the paper analyses characteristics of the goods shape which had been transported, describes concept of freight transportation contour, and analyses its effect, proposes the definition of history comprehensive gauge, on the basis of analysis on two situations, proposes algorithm of history comprehensive gauge, and gives examples. Finally, the problem of development gauge management information systems is studied, total design and the need analysis of the system are presented. |
