Research On Intelligent Heat Load Regulation System Of District Heat Supply By Gas Boiler

Intelligent heat load regulation system of district heat supply is an intelligent control system, which can regulate the operating condition of the heating and refrigeration facilities automatically according to the change of the temperature outdoors with no effect on the heating and refrigeration quality. The system adopt mature regulation theory and foundational empirical formulas that generally accepted in heating and refrigeration field and realized well combination of computer technology and automatic control technology. On the premise of meeting the requirements of the end users, the system also can avoid the operational error, makes the heating and refrigeration facilities always keep in the economical operating condition, then reduce the energy consumption, decrease the energy waste and lessen the exhaust of the air pollution.Beijing was promoting the "Coal to Gas Engineering" since 1997. The fuel of large numbers of heating boilers was being changed form coal to gas to improve the quality of the atmosphere in Beijing. This change caused the increase of the heat supply cost. With poor technical skill and lack of professional knowledge of the operators of the small boilers leads to the whole heat supply system operating under uneconomical conditions. Under this environment, we try to develop an advanced, reliable and economical control system to improve the current low quality and high energy consumption conditions caused by factitious factors. Based on the research results of some research institutes and practical applications on the automatic control facilities (systems) in heat supply system and the combination of the theory of intelligent control and the characters of the gas boiler, we developed a practical intelligent load regulation system, also easy to update and extend.The thesis systematically discussed the purpose and operability of the application of intelligent load regulation system on the main system, auxiliary system and transmission & distribution system in the heating boiler room whose main fuel is natural gas . The thesis also put emphases on the theory, method and significance of the intelligent load regulation system.
