Over the past dacades, Object Oriented Techonology connected with Systems simulation which makes a great advantage on different theries and methods, and been widely applied to the air traffic simulation. With the development of ATC simulation at home, real-time air traffic process simulation has become a hot focus and is in urgent need in air traffic simulation. In this thesis, it is mainly researched that Air Traffic Process Simulation Technique and its application in the air traffic simulation. First of all, the concept of air traffic Process Simulation and its research situation in the world are introduced. And then, three UML models are design by Object Oriented Technique. According to the work flow of Air Traffic Process, using Object Oriented Program Design Method, integrated with Flight Performance, Air Navigation, Figure and Graph Technique etc, aircraft performance in the different phases and some navigation mode, such as Instrument Landing System, Parallel Air route, and VOR Navigation, are simulated. By the principle of Map Projections, using Lambert Projection, the bottle-neck of air space map protraction is successfully broken through, and airway points, air route, navigation aid, restriction areas, controlled areas are realistically displayed in the air space maps. By using graphic tool—visual graph, the secondary radar label is made, which is dynamically displayed by the fixed-time step of time processing mechanism. In the end, according to the condition of air traffic control, based on the real situation of Project Application, an airspace operation fuel economization model is put forward in the Air Traffic Process Simulation System, and by analyzing the result of flight operation simulation experiment, the feasibility of this model is proved.
