| This paper summarizes the design method and process of the axial fan which has both an inlet vane and an exit guide vane, and a fan test-rig as well, then using the Fine/Turbo software from NUMECA company, the numerical simulation on the fan impeller has been made firstly. Through changing the rotate speed, flux, and the inlet angle, predictions on the performance of the axial fan. In the meanwhile, based on the computation results are similar to the design data, the analysis of the three-dimensional flow of inner axial fan has been made. The axial fan with the stable inner-flow fulfilled the design request. According to the flow analysis, an adjustable inlet angle could dramatically improve the economical efficiency of the axial fan. In addition, the analysis of the computation results provide a good reference to the disposal of wind tunnel experiment testing point.Furthermore, introduce the process of the construction of the plane cascade test-rig; get the static pressure distribution on the blade middle span of a turbine cascade through the primary wind tunnel tests,the good accordance with the numerical results indicates the test-bed and the test system fulfilled the request of the design. |
