To solve the Petersen coil grounding system after the failure of the arc suppression, making capacitive current online tracking measurement, this paper analyses various operating modes, then design the electronic tapping point & automatic tuning Petersen coil. The Petersen coil brought together traditional Petersen coils'excellence and the advantages of power electronics technology, with fast switching and inter-stall regulation, the outstanding merits of reliable and durable can be achieved quickly and accurately arc suppression, which is an orientation of new type coils. Introduced into the signal current on-line measurement of capacitance principle, structure of the ATP simulation model simulation shows that the method can quickly online tracking measurement grid on the capacitor current, but will not affect the normal operation of systems, and from the impact of the system's operation . The first cross-correlation detection principles and injection signal combination of the signal for effective information. Application of the design principles in the Petersen coil grounding system in matlab simulation model can be verified in accordance with the principle of reference signals, effectively extract the signal with noise effective information.
