| Advanced quality control circulation thought of "PDCA" was based on in this paper, and installation process of generator was controlled by quality control technology standards used by home and abroad. System analysis was made on six facts such as man, machines, materials, method, measuring as well as environment which effect process quality. Improved scheme was adopted to solve the problem of tedious procedure and huge detected date in the installation process of generator. Experiment was followed by installation quality of generator to ensure that the next project started before the project under process was qualified. Improved scheme was made on the base of continuous process analysis to effectively improve installation quality of generator. Quality control and optimization process of imported 390 MW gas-steam combined circulation power generator was taken for example, to verify the affect using optimization scheme by huge original installation records as well as indexes of unit operation. A valuable practical reference is provided to the installation process quality control of large capacity generator in the high peak of the power construction at present. |
