| Consider to the fact small hardware manufacturers are lack of manufacture resource and are with low information degree, and traditional manufacturing resource and technology configuration method is ineffective. The manufature/software/telecom industry chain model under ASP platform is introduced firstly, and the key technologies and technical paths on the new model are described then. After that, the key technique hardware manufacturing resource and technology configuration are focusly researched. 1) The conception and technique of Case-based technology reasoning is introduced, after that, by the example of valve parts technology design, a hardware product suitable case-based technology reasoning method is researched. Research include: valve part instance present, valve part instance match based on instance classify, valve part instance similarity compute based on main-sub processing features, valve part technology rectify based on case-rule reasoning. Finally, XML technique is applied to present hardware manufacturing technology for technology resource share under ASP networked manufaturing platform. 2) A rough-set theory based outsourcing manufacturing resource optimize configuration method is researched, include: outsourcing manufacturing configuration service model and decision model, ontology based hardware manufacturing resource present and manufacturing resource retrieval by ontology based weighted sematic tree similarity algorithm, hardware manufacturing resource judge factors, decision system architecture and decision method process. Finally, by the example of outsourcing manufacturing resource choose for volve outsourcing manufacturing in certain valve manufacturer, the method presented has been proved.Finally, a manufacturing resource and technology configuration system under ASP platform has been developed, and applied in ZheJiang provience's small hardware manufacturer. Via the system's work and application, the ideas presented in this paper have been thoroughly proved.
