Several Research Of Vehicle NVH Test Methods

Along with the increasing consciousness of people to protect environment, the more strict roles of the government and the higher requirement of a comfortable automobile, the vehicle's NVH performance will become one of the most important traits at the competitive automobile market in the future. The research of vehicle NVH test plays an important role.The characteristics of the vehicle NVH is been introduced, and the present situation and the development tendency of the study on the technology of the vehicle NVH test at home and abroad is been illuminated. Then some test automobile are researched on the inter-test,noise source identification,laboratory road simulation test by some types automobiles. The major jobs are as following:1,By the vehicle interior noise testing, the vehicle interior noise level does not meet the design requirement, and it exist abnormal noise when running. In order to find out the sources of the abnormal noise, further desig the test of eliminating abnormal noise,(1)The sealing performance problem of the whole automobile;(2)The abnormal noise result from the gearbox vibration in driving;2,Use the other four types automobiles to collect the actual road specrum and to do the indoor road spectrum simulation incentive test by analysis data on the shake table. The comparative test result shows the analysis data can been applied to the reliable analysis of automobile and other parts. It provides basis for enterprise to carry out the laboratory road simulation test.
