Research And Development Of DEIS-1 Experimental Device Of Automobile Sensors

With the fast development of the automobile industry, the development of automobile electronics is also getting quicker and quicker. Sensor,as automobile electrically controlled system's key component,theirs performance fit and unfit is an immediate influence to system's performance.The sensors on the automobile already is ubiquitous.The automobile sensor takes as the information source of automobile electronic control system,is the key component of automobile electronic control, and is also one of research central contents in the automobile electronic technology area.How to develop one kind of instruments,which is able to carry on correct measurement on its tendency and the static characteristic of kinds of different model automobile sensors,already becomes one topic which is important and extremely rich application.This paper is to develop the DEIS-1 automobile sensor laboratory bench, on this testing platform,through man-machine dialogue(user interface window) ,we can set the parameters on the surface, and preinstall all kinds of analogue environment of automobile sensors.Transform automobile's under each kind of simulated environment condition as the electrical signal value input , then by the sensor receives, and the lower position machine carries on the data acquisition through the electronic circuit recuperation, the superior machine carries on the data processing using labview, causeing the laboratory bench to have the misalignment temperature compensation and give the test results,the datas and the graphs, displaying on the computer screen. This paper will introduce that separately the compositions and the principles of the hardware modules, and narrate design concept and the programming principle of software, finally develop DEIS-1 automobile sensor laboratory bench,which has the actual use value.
