Steel - cellular concrete composite beam is a mixed-steel combination member which is improved by steel-concrete composite beam. It fully displays its role in steel's tensile strength and concrete's compressive strength, has several advantages including high bearing capacity, great rigidity, good ductility, saving materials and so on, and is especially suitable for structure with a long span and high structure with low beams, like substructure, high-span factory building, movie theater, high-rise building and so on. Nowadays Steel - cellular concrete composite beam has not been well studied so as to prevent this structure form from being applied widely.Based on collecting and classifying available documentation from home and abroad, the thesis analyses completely shearing connecting freely-supported Steel - cellular concrete composite beam by ANSYS. There are three main following points to discuss: First, Steel - cellular concrete composite beam with the same span, different hole patterns, and different divergence ratio is made finite element analysis. Stress distribution in beams, ultimate bearing capacity, and flexibility are equated and inter compared with each other. Secondly, mechanical property of Steel - cellular concrete composite beam is compared with that of ante-dilatation steel-concrete composite beam. Thirdly, mechanical property of Steel - cellular concrete composite beam is compared with common steel beam.Study shows that after steel-concrete composite beam is made of Steel -cellular concrete composite beam with a specific manufacturing method, flexibility and ultimate bearing capacity has been improved to a degree, and stiffness has been enhanced obviously. Moreover, in comparison with common cellular steel beam, its flexibility, ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness has been markedly improved...
