The main purpose of this paper is to study the dynamic characteristics of the tower parking storage operating system, obtaining the system's dynamic characteristics in the law and influencing factors ,providing a theoretical basis for the tower parking study designing.Author's working is following:(1) Based on the characteristics of the operating system of the upgrade system, in terms of speed curve forms: straight-parabolic. Established a speed curve discrete model, provided a method of calculation of the velocity, acceleration in different stages and obtained the velocity, acceleration of arbitrary moment in operation process,studied the method in acceleration controlling velocity curves. Hope to improve the operating efficiency of the accuracy of peace.(2) On the basis of the analysis the dynamics characteristics of upgrade system of the garage , regard the system beginning, braking acceleration as the main motivation, use traditional theoretical modeling methods, establi-7 DOF system dynamics model and dynamics equations of the vertical direction, determined the quality matrix, stiffness matrix, damping matrix. Established 5 DOF system dynamics model in the horizontal direction, get ting the conversion relations of displacement and derived system in the global coordinate system and the local coordinate system(3) Explained the principles and calculation methods of the system dynamics model. Considered the system as no damping and damping two situation, designed the methods of dynamic model calculation, providing the mathematical principles for dynamics simulation and analysis based of the upgrade system.(4) Regarded a speed 1.5 m/s, rated load 2150kg, height 40m tower garage as example, using experimental measurements, Pro/E software established a three dimensional model , obtained the relevant kinetic parameters, regard the length of wire rope as a factors ,using Matlab software to simulate the upgrade system in different loads, different position.And draw some conclusions in the end. On the basis of the above discussed ,we can draw a conclusion that the research of the dynamics characteristics of garage hoist system has great practical value for the quality of the tower garage.
