Arch bridge is a common bridge in China. Its models and quantity are more than other modal bridges. In particular the phenomena are evident in bridge of highway. According to inadequate statistic, percent 70 of bridges of highway are arch bridges. Because our country has many hills and stones and the resource of stone is very abundant, the main material of stone arch bridge is stone. For example, Danhe big bridge, its main span is 146m. It is the stone arch bridge of the longest span in the world. Forms of RC bridges built by our country are beautiful and multifarious. The forms are the most in the world. Familiar forms are box section arch bridge,two bend arch bridge,rib arch bridge,truss arch bridge,rigid frame arch bridge and so on. Many of them are deck arch bridges. Bridge surface is capacious. Its cost is low.Earthquake is a common natural disaster. Its capacity of destroying is strong. It has stronger harm to bridge structure. The common destroying forms are girder dropping destruction,supporting seat destruction,frusta and pillar destruction and so on. So earthquake analysis of bridge should be greatly regarded.The text has an example of arch bridge. Firstly, the matlab programs of my writing are used to integral compute and adjust the baseline to the earthquake wave of my selecting. Secondly, the earthquake wave data are made to input to the finite element model by using SAP2000. The arch bridge's earthquake time response will be analyzed in the same inspiritment. The result will be got. Thirdly, the earthquake wave data of my selecting are made to input to the finite element model. The arch bridge's earthquake time response is analyzed in the different inspiritment. Time influence is responded. The result is got. Finally, the two results will be analyzed and contrasted. And the arch bridge force,displacement,velocity and acceleration in along bridge direction are got in the earthquake wave. The importance in regarding the time influence and the huge mass method's feasibility in regarding the time influence are proved.
