Pressure Vessels is not only the equipment used in the process industrial production, but also a more vulnerable to accidents special equipment. And various with other production devices, Pressure Vessels incident itself has been damaged, and often also evoke a series of fatal accidents, causing significant losses to the national economy. This potential danger of Pressure Vessels is closely related to the operating conditions. Under normal circumstances, In addition to bear the majority of media pressure, pressure vessels usually accompanied by the joint role of the high temperature, high pressure or media corrosion. Moreover,the fluctuations of the temperature and the pressure or short-term overload are often inevitable. In case of a frequent suspension or temperature and pressure fluctuations, the vessel components will fatigue. Therefore, the study on the pressure vessels in anomaly conditions and the dynamic response and tolerance capabilities of the structure not only helps to the research and development of warning surveillance and prevention technology about pressure vessels in anomaly conditions, but also contribute to the correct evaluation of the feasibility and reliability on the device of early warning monitoring system and the prevent technical.Based on extensive literature, this paper analyse and sum up the theory of the tolerance capabilities at home and abroad on the status and development trend of pressure vessels in service and dynamic response and safety evaluation method. The failure mechanism (mainly against the pressure vessel in BLEVE)of the Pressure Vessels on the anomaly conditions were analyzed. Use of large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS analyse the Coke tower Modal Analysis in the chemical industry.The dynamic response of the wind load was analysed.In addition, this paper also study the dynamic response of the pressure vessel in the variable load.
