It is detailedly introduced the equipments and function of the experimental model of single burner flat flame combustion heating furnace with fuel gas,the parameters of experimental conditions and the proposals of experiments.According to the experimental proposal,the combustion experiments were conducted on the experimental model.In the process of experiments,we separately measured the temperature of the top of the stove and the concentration of NOx in fume at condition of four level(h=0.15m,0.07m,0.035m,0m) of depth of penetration of the fuel gun under two groups of swirl devices(the swirl number S=1.76,1.84). Based on arranging and analyzing the experimental data,the conclusion is acquired as follows:(1) Comparing two groups of combustion condition of swirling number 1.76 and 1.84,the maxium temperature of gas in the top of stove declines;The width of local high temperature is extended and the width of refluence zone is enlarged;The distribution of temperature is more homogeneous.During the whole process of combustion,the changing trend of the concentration of NOx in fume is basically identical,but the concentration of NOx in fume of the combustion condition of swirling number 1.76 is averagely more 10ppm than the one of the combustion condition of swirling number 1.84.As only two groups of swirling devices were equipmented, more groups of combustion experiment in kinds of swirling number were not conducted.So the effect of swirling number on NOx emission is not given.It is the shortcoming of this experiment.(2) As depth of penetration of the fuel gun falls,the maxium and medium temperature of gas in the top of stove all increasingly declines;The appearing position of maxium temperature is continuously extended to the surface;The distribution of temperature is more homogeneous But heating efficiency of flame increasingly declines.During the whole process of combustion, the changing trend of the concentration of NOx in fume is different.During the intermediate stage of the process of combustion,the concentration of NOx in fume grows along with depth of penetration of the fuel gun falling.In comparison,during the terminal stage of the process of combustion,the one falls and the trend of falling range gets more and more quickly along with depth of penetration of the fuel gun falling.(3) While assuring the high heating efficiency of the flat flame heating furnace,the optimum depth of penetration of the fuel gun is between 0.035m and 0.07m to decrease NOx emission.The research results supplies the experimental data for the selection of swirling intensity of swirling device and optimism design of depth of penetration of the fuel gun in flat flame burner; And experimental foundation for further studying the technique of reducing NOx generation and emission in flat flame combustion heating furnace.
