Abstract/Summary:
Along with the developing natural gas industry in China, liquefied natural gas has been exerting special important effects as a new industry. Considering the research actuality and actual requirements of the domestic and overseas liquefied natual gas currently, we needs to research and discuss the technology of liquefied natural gas furtherly, which has been researched widely and used in practice.The article summarizes the researched actualities on the domestic and overseas liquefied simulations of natual gas, and the successful experiences of simulating the liquefied natural gas flow including mixed refrigerant cycle. Based on the different functions of liquefied flow of natural gas, this article sets forth some frequently used liquefied flow of natural gas in China and abroadly, also analyses and compares the economics and energies, and chooses propane-precooled mixed-refrigerant-cycle liquefied flow of natural gas as the researched object in the article. Meanwhile, realizing the instances of gas constitutes of primary gas field in China, this article confirms the constitutions of natural gas to be researched.Based on the phase equilibrium,enthalpy and entropy principles, the article establishes the corresponding models to be calculated. Based on the given thermodynamic properties and the models above, the article constitutes the thermodynamic model of the mixed refrigerant cycle to liquefy natural gas, and calculates the parameters of the nodes in the model. Thus, the primary operating parameters in the liquefied flow in certain conditions can be got. In the end, the article can optimize some parameters and get the perfect researched results.The article uses Matlab to program the thermodynamic model and get the results, and establish series of programs, which can get the parameters of any node and the needed parameters to research to realize the flow further.The simulated and researched results can affect the academic meaning and practical value on the liquefied natural gas flow including mixed refrigerant cycle.
