Nowadays digital products become more and more popular in our modern life and they begin to enter into every field of our life because of its advantages in transmission, storage and so on. In the field of the camera, traditional film cameras are quickly replaced by digital ones which are very popular currently.However, according to a survey, there are a great number of photography enthusiasts and professional photographers who have spent too expensive price in purchasing the advanced film cameras. It's difficult to let them give up the film cameras. But is there any way to let the advanced film cameras also comply with the development of the society to have the function which only belongs to digital cameras.So we put forward the concept"Digital Back", which is used for film camera. This aims to increase the digital features for the traditional film cameras. The digital back uses the image sensor instead of film as the photosensitive element, and adopts the USB interface, memory and the LCD monitor and other function owned by digital cameras. This will allow the traditional cameras to realize the function called"one camera dual use", and also satisfies the demand of amateur photographers and the professional photographers.The main content of this study includes the followings:The frirst is the circuit design of the flash storage and the display of the Digital Back. The design is mainly based on the chip-pin definition, power requirements, as well as the chip itself to the requirements of the external circuit. The next is design of the FAT file system and the drive of the storage. The design of the FAT file system has referred to the Hardware White Paper of the Microsoft about its operating system. And the storage design combines the reading and writing instruction of the FLASH. Then store a BMP bit picture.At last, consider on the characteristics of the driver chip of the LCD module, realize the communication between the LCD and the MCU. And display the static picture through reading the data in the FLASH storage system.
