The vibration problem of the bridge structure under the vehicles loading action is a coupling vibration problem of the vehicle system and bridge system. It has many influence factors. In order to grip the dynamic characteristic of bridge structure, it is necessary to analyze the related factors.Based on the principle of vehicle-bridge coupling vibration, the vehicle-bridge vibration system is divided into two sub-system of vehicle vibration system and bridge vibration system. Use the D' Alambert principle and direct stiffness method to form three vehicle vibration models, they are single axle model, double axle 2D model and double axle 3D model. Based on the beam grid theory, form the dynamic finite element analysis model of the bridge structure. And get the relationship of the two models by the geometric condition and the static force balance condition of the contact point, and then get the solution by using the Newmark method and grouping iteration technology. A program for vehicle-bridge coupling vibration analysis is developed using the Matlab programming language, and a validation is made to make sure it right.An analysis is made on a simple supported beam and a three span continuous beam bridge using the program. The comparison of the dynamic response of the beam under the action of the three different model is made, the result shows that different vehicle model has different influence to the bridge dynamic response, and the influence degree to different dynamic response is different.The influence to the bridge dynamic response of the factors such as the vehicle velocity and weight, the stiffness and dampness of the vehicle , the stiffness and dampness of the bridge , the roughness of bridge deck and so on are studied, the result shows that they have different degree influence, and to different bridge style, they have different importance.The dynamic response analysis to the continuous beam shows that the same kind of dynamic response is varied when the vehicles run in different span.
