In order to test the poison-filter in chemical weapons resistant equipment, dispersing toxic agent in air to form stable gas dispersoid as experiment media. Using toxic agent in experiment directly is very dangerous, so adopting DMMP which is low poisonous and compatible preferably with environment as succedaneum.The primary mission of this subject is to design a set of DMMP dispersion device, the purpose of this device is dispersing liquid phase DMMP to the air in the form of vapor or submicron droplet, which simulate toxic agent's dispersion instance, is supplied as experiment media for gas-filter. This paper design the process and equipment of the two-stream heating and spraying dispersion device, determine the structure and dimension of the device, choose the control arrangement and relevant instrument to make the device running normally, finally predict and evaluate the dispersion result.First of all, the process flow of the dispersion device has been designed. Using the two-stream airflow atomizer to spray the DMMP. The DMMP and the compressed air has been heated to a high temperature before spraying, the high speed and high energy airflow would make the DMMP liquid stream atomizing and evaporating rapidly. The vapor and submicron droplet suspended in the air and formed the gas dispersoid.To the airflow atomizer, quadruplet different size have been used corresponding to different flow; to the air heating equipment and the liquid heating storage tank, the structural dimension and the heat-transfer capability have been designed and checked; at last, the flow rate of the rotermeter has been amended. In order to selecting suitable device operating condition, adopting available atomization and evaporation theoretical model to forecast the atomization result and the liquid drop'evaporation process. Model calculation part adopt the liquid membrane fracture model, WAVE model and the droplet evaporation model as theoretical model, these models are mature in engineering. By dint of the program calculation, finding the variation law of the mean particle diameter along with gas-liquid ratio under different temperatures and different air pressure. Finally, using active carbon adsorption weight method to measure the DMMP concentration in main pipe, adopting the concentration difference to reflect the hole system's performance. According to the device's operating situation, the technical criteria of the device achieve the designing requirement.
