Sufficient attention maybe paid to the durability of reinforced concrete structures widespread all over the world. Reinforced concrete structures under marine condition or de-icing environment, which subjected to chloride ingress will result in reinforcing bars corrosion. Early deterioration and durability decrease is going to begin. This is a main problem in engineering practice. There are many factors that will influence the diffusibility of chloride ion in concrete. The influences of load and bearing capacity decreasing on diffusibility of chloride ion in concrete were studied here, and models were established. There are some studies indicate that the velocity of diffusibility and diffusibility coefficient will increase under load. But model demonstrated the relationship between load and diffusibility coefficient has not been established. In this paper, the influence of bending load on diffusibility of chloride ion in reinforced concrete was studied. A model was established, which demonstrated the relationship between the bending load and diffusibility coefficient of chloride ion.Concrete members will suffer aging and injuring during the long term service, which will make the bearing capacity decrease. The stress in members will redistribute, the the hole rate and pore diameter will increase accordingly. So the diffusibility will be enhanced. But the influence of bearing capacity decreasing on diffusibility of chloride ion in corroded reinforced concrete flexural members was rarely studied. In this paper, the influence of bearing capacity decreasing on diffusibility of chloride ion in corroded reinforced concrete flexural members was studied. The method is similar to that used in studying the influence of bending load on diffusibility of chloride ion in reinforced concrete. A model was established, which demonstrated the relationship between the bearing capacity and diffusibility depth of chloride ion.Fully stochastic process model was used to analyse the reliability of corroded reinforced concrete flexural members with chloride ingressed. Analyse and comparison were carried out and the influence of load on diffusibility was taken into account.
