With the development of the micro-electronics technology, the technology of computer and implanting in the tissue, modern close-quarter treatment has taken the place of the traditional one. Hence, the research and development of the remote controlled close-quarter radioactive equipments with large dosages has the obvious economical and social benefit. This article is focused on the further research and study about the theory and design of this system, a typical mechanically and electronically integrated system. On the basis of that , the system has been developed, which help doctors design the treatment and do the accurate orientation under the safe protection or with the help of the remote controlled devices. The essay is summarized as follows:Firstly, the dissertation generally reviews the literatures on characteristics and tendency about the mechanically and electronically integrated products. A brief introduction about this research is presented. Secondly, analyzing the inscapes of the mechanical and electronical integration, the functions and the links between the inscapes, the course of the designing, the aims and functions of the radioactive equipments mentioned above, the design requirements and performance index are described detail to decide the designing plan on the whole. Then, revolving around the working theory and the process of this system, researching the requirements to the mechanical structure asked by the mechanical and electronical integration, and the option and design rules of the mechanical structure. The main designing points of the mechanical structure are introduced. The thoughts on the controlling system are introduced according to rules of the computer-controlled system option and design rules and the designing ways of the information current. The accurate control of the radiation and the amending is researched. By analyzing the practical working process of the system, the interlock safeguards are worked out. Finally, conclusions of all research efforts in this dissertation are made.
