Firstly, this thesis introduce the development of domestic and international the cable-stayed bridge and the engineering cybernetics. Secondly, the reasonable plane finite element model is established in the TaiAn_ Yangtze Rive Bridge in Luzhou, is selected the structure of the control parameters by parameter sensitivity analysis, the elastic modulus of the main beam, the elastic modulus of the tower, the elastic modulus of the cable, the creep and shrinkage of the concrete and the densityof the main beam. The key design parameter is got, which affected the geometric form and internal force. The next, the Kalman filtering method with frequent partial amendment of the main parameters is used to update and identify the key parameter by field testing, which minish the disagreement between theory and filed experiment values. Finally, the kalman filtering method is used to correct and optimize the control parameter of the TaiAn_Yangtze Rive Bridge (the cable force and the elevation of formwork erection), at the same time, the optional control value which include geometric form and internal force is obtained in order to attain design demands, as well as guarantee the safety of the bridge in the course of construction.While using the Kalman filtering method in construction control of the TaiAn_Yangtze Rive Bridge, two different ways are adopted: on double-cantilever state, the absolute elevation of the previous beam as state variables, the cable tension as a control variable; on single-cantilever state, the relative elevation of the previous two cantilever beam and the displacement of the tower as state variables, the cable tension as a control variable. The adjustment and advice which include the cable and the elevation model legislation of the next beam are obtained. While the cable adjustment is choosed, as the cable force can only be adjusted the error that is caused by the cable, it is necessary to analysis and select the appropriate adjustment measures by the control staff. The error that caused by non-cable force generally is adjusted by the legislation of the next beam mode elevation amendment.
