Nowadays, energy problem is gradually nervous in the world and the environment problem worsens again and again. We can make use of the fuel-cell to resolve these two problems, the zinc-air battery have big advantage in many respects: The zinc-air battery have the most comparable energy, the anode active material is zinc which have great stores capacity, the source is extensive, the price is opposite cheap, and the function is stable.This paper is study on the molding method of the electrode slice of zinc-air battery, the shaping machine model which we design is use of a new method—dry-embedded method, this method has many advantage in the aspects of taking shape quality and save energy. This text analyse on the manufacture technics of the electrode slice of zinc-air battery, which is divided into several molds, each mold is independent on the structure, but in the shaping process of the electrode slice, they have very strong coupling character. And as to its 3D has been set up.This text still found out a kind of valid method to measure rolling pressure—the slice of strain method, elaborated the technique theories of testing, and inquiried into the rolling pressure testing, engineering calculational methods and the factors of influence the rolling unit pressure in the shaping process of the electrode slice. This method is very valid in theoretical, can used in actual testing.This text make use of Pro/ENGINEER to set up its 3D model, and made use of structure module and motion moudule to analyse key part in interference, thus avoided unnecessary trouble at the time of making physical machine. Made use of Pro/MECHANICA to carry on finite element analysis and analysis the displacement of rolling machine in the meantime, we have got the stress of roller and its displacement, structure optimization analysis have been used in roller, via structure optimization analysis we minished the weight, stress and displacement of axes, the quality of electrode slice has been consumedly raised.
