The Study Of Wind Speed Measuring For Wind Turbine Generator System

Based on research of wind turbine and various wind speed measuring apparatuses characteristics, this paper designs an anemoscope adaptation to wind turbine. The anemoscope's detecting part is TMP04 temperature sensor, single chip processor AT89C51 is the core, it omit the amplifier and A/D and the circuit is simple, this paper has programmed the single chip processor which to gain and process the data. In addition, based on the turbulent character in the circle pipe of fluid mechanics, the wind speed value has been corrected properly by the c language program. Thought modeling the temperature of the sensors and air, realized the simulation of anemoscope under running process with continuous and random signal. The character of the anemoscope also can be obtained. The wind speed measuring apparatus is important to the regular running of wind turbine.
