The Comprehensive Plan Management And Decision Support System

There are many defects existing in traditional plan management system, such as excessive labor, slow speed, big workload, high error rate, low credibility. Taking a power supply subsidiary company as example, this paper designs and develops the comprehensive plan management and decision support system. In the process of system realization, I make an in-depth study on J2EE architecture and decision support techniques which ensure the efficient operation of the system. This system focuses on practicality, simplifying the work flow, reducing the workload, and improving the work efficiency. We can eliminate the "information islands" of the company by using the model of the Data Center which carries out the unified management and application for the data of enterprise. Further more, the system can do sales forecasting and other important indicators according to the concept of decision support, and it will be a good tool for user to make decision.
