| Based on the analysis of current dificiencies in workshop production, visual monitoring and control of workshop based on multi-dimensional vector point is proposed, and the two key technologies to accomplish the system are given. One of the two key technologies is modelling technology based on multi-dimensional vector point, which is based on workshop equipments, using the concept of multi-dimensional vector point to describe the objects in workshop. The other key technology is multi-dimensional vector point data collection technology, which is based on the multi-dimensional vector point model, using digital communication technology and network techonology to provide the real-time data to the visual monitoring and control of workshop production.At last, based on the building of notional model, function model and database model of the visual monitoring and control system of workshop based on multi-dimensional vector point, using united modeling language, visual monitoring and control system of workshop based on multi-dimensional vector point is built, and the modules of the system are introduced substantially. |
