| With the development of the High-speed motorized spindle system, the technical requirement is higher than before. The parameters performance of angular-contact ball bearing is important to motorized spindle system and its designing and research. Speed, stiffness and fatigue life are the main parameters of angular contact ball bearing to user's consideration, which are affected by many other factors. This paper has established the analysis model based on static and dynamic equations of shaft-spindle system, analyzed the main parameters of angular contact ball bearing from the angle of numerical analysis, given a program about parameters analysis in VC++.This paper based on quasistatic bearing theory, working out the free-frequency and critical speed of spindle-bearing system with beam-rod structure theory and FEM, establishing the analysis model through the Hertz contact theory and Ferrule-Control theory of Jones, giving the solution of the non-linear equations. Additionally, we give the factors about influence to stiffness and fatigue life in detail.This paper has introduced the different manners of mount and preload of bearing and given the discussion about the influence of diverse mount and preload styles to the parameters performance of bearing. In the dynamic situation of localization preloaded bearing, preload will be changed and the rolling elements will have deformation, which be illustrated particularly with its solution method.The parameters performance of High-speed angular contact ball bearing is significant to spindle's performance. This paper has given the influence factors to the parameters, which are useful to designing of spindle bearing. |
