Concerning the tall building with big space and long span at the bottom, the longer the span of the transfer beams, and the more the floors supported are, the greater the vertical load conveyed from the top, which leads to too much bigger cross section of the transfer beam, and bring terrible influence to the arrangement of electric device and sewer pipes. So, to seek for a new style structure to deal with the problem, is necessary and helpful to the engineering design. The content of the dissertation is as follow:(1) The analysis of monolayer truss transfer structure indicate that through increasing hounds and adjusting space between vertical posts properly, distribution of stress could be changed and then the structure could be optimized.(2) According to the great calculations and analysis, the writer gave some constructive advice about the truss transfer floor of the tall building, which is consistent with the previous research, but more detailed and deep.(3)Through comparing the results of the two mechanics models, the limited element model and the frame model, the common function coefficients between the truss transfer beam and the wall supported, and the simple equations of the internal force about the truss have been obtained. The conclusions in the article can provide important reference to the establishment and modification of the criteria about the truss transfer floor structure, and is useful to the engineering design.
