With the development of science technology and traffic enterprise, the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge has been growing up rapidly in the recent years with it's simple external form, reasonable internal force, mature predominance of handy construction, and comfortable traveling. It almost has become the first selective bridge style when the main span is in the range from 100m to 300m. During the cantilever construction of the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, the beam axis shape of formed blocks can not be regulated during the next constructions. For the construction of the bridge is all right and the hewn axis shape is exactitude for design, for internal force of the beam is appeased by design request, must to work about bridge construction control during the bridge construction. On the basis of the Li-Ji bridge of Liu an To Wu han express highway, this paper used Dr. bridge. Based on this, according to the differences between the design value and the survey value, the study uses the grey predictive control theory to control the cantilever construction process of the main bridge and makes an analysis about the elevation of the main girder through establishing the GM(1,1). It had been proved that this control was successful and these theories and methods had highly practical effect on construction control of the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge. The researches of this paper will become the bases of the further research in the same aspect. |
