The electronic product needs a great deal of suited lithium ion batteries sometimes, the capacity characteristic of the batteries affect the working order of the electronic products a lot, especially for war industry products. The investigation of the intelligent charge/discharge measuring system for lithium ion batteries has solved testing problem of the batteries commendably.In this dissertation, four aspects are included:Firstly, the whole structure of the measuring system is analyzed; the related content about the choice of the charge/discharge means, the choice of the charge/discharge circuit and intelligent domination is introduced.Secondly, the hardware circuit of the measuring system is introduced detailed. The hardware module such as control loop, electrical source circuit, charge circuit, discharge circuit, temperature testing circuit, detect circuit, safeguard circuit and USB interface were designed by gradation method.Next, the software design of the measuring system is explained detailed. The function of acquisition, procession, analyses, storage to voltage, current and time signals and scout to the circuit were realized. By communications between USB interface and PC, The measuring system accept the PC command, transmit the characteristic data of the lithium ion batteries, leave every battery's characteristic data in PC's care. Then, protract the characteristic curve.The last, the characteristic data of lithium ion batteries is gained in the charge/discharge process. By investigation in different sampling frequency and different capacity, we get different circs of lithium ion batteries which is different from peacetime by using large current impulse charge. By investigation in different capacity, we find the lithium ion batteries voltage is different in dissimilar temperature, and the low temperature characteristic is different in dissimilar capability.In the intelligent charge/discharge measuring system for lithium ion batteries, a lot of work is also done to debug and check fault, and many effective analyses are applied into the test results. Many judgment methods of successful or failing reasons are summed up. USB interface is also equipped in this measuring system, which is convenient for the system transplant and system spread.The intelligent running and monitoring of charge/discharge process for lithium ion batteries is realized the work above. The charge/discharge data is recorded and the curve has been protracted in a plus. This measuring system not only consummates and improves the test capability of lithium ion batteries, but also provides consult and reference for other experimental systems which intend to the intelligent direction.
