As a renewable resource,biomass has been focused on as analtemative energy source of fossil fuels.China is an agricultural country and has plenty of biomass resources.The research of biomass catalysis liquefies not only riches biomass of catalysis conversion process in theory,but also has the important strategic sense in the energy domain.During the research process of high-pressure hydrogenation Pennisetum was tested.The process was investigated under 240℃~300℃,10MPa~14MPa and 10min~40min reaction time.Catalyst and solvent(water,methanol,ethanol,propyl alcohol,butyl alcohol)were investigated also.Liquefaction results of pennisetum have shown that the highest yield of heavy oil and total yield can be obtained at the condition of 10min and 1/30(catalyst/raw material,W/W)KBH4,when feedstock ratio is 8g material/100mL water.Considering the multiple biomass,we research emphatically the liquefaction process of bamboo leaves,banyan tree leaves,bagasse,straw.Liquefaction results of four species of agricultural and forestry residues given in this thesis have shown that the heavy oil yield of 12~23%can be obtained at the condition of reaction temperature 240~300℃,reaction pressurel0MPa~14MPa,reaction time 10min and 1/30(catalyst/raw material,W/W)KBH4, when feedstock ratio is 8g material/100mL water.The C H O N in the heavy oil,residue and raw material was analysised.The analysis of the high heating value of the products shows that the heavy oils obtained from the liquefaction of agricultural residues have high heating values 30%.This work showed that the C H was enhanced 30%and 1%.The O was reduced 20%.The test results of the study on the chemical reaction dynamics of biomass pyrolysis showed:biomass pyrolysis belong to first -order chemical reaction dynamics. The liquefaction is an effective way to convert agricultural residues to renewable fuels. |
