Research Of Mechanical Optimization Design System Based On Internet

With the development of computer network technology and information technology, optimization of traditional design methods can not meet the needs of modern design. Therefore, it has important practical meaning to develop a mechanical optimization design system based on Internet for widely sharing optimization design resource. This paper develops a system based on Internet which can provide service of sharing resource about mechanical optimization design, aiming at the actuality in mechanical optimization design methods, starting from practical request. Major research works are as follows:Firstly, this article analyses the technical feasibility and operating feasibility of system. It sets up architecture and operation pattern of B/S model-based mechanical design universal supporting system, introduces the tools needed by system, carries out function design for system and divides the function modules of system. Also, it discusses the crucial technology of systematic realization: ASP technology, ASP.NET technology, VB.NET language and WEB database technology.Secondly, this system mainly use ASP technology, ASP.NET technology, VBScript language and VB.NET language to realize optimizing database of design method,module of optimization design algorithm,module of mechanical parts optimization design,module of modern design software and module of client message. Moreover, the system is easy to operate and has strong interactivity, which interface is elegant and simple. It is a mechanical optimization design service system with the function of online optimization design calculation, data research and technical exchange together.Finally, it expounds security technology of system itself and Internet, and test the system in each aspect and various conditions, verifies stability and reliability of system by using demonstration of examples.As compared with stand-alone software version at market, the system's maximal excellence is based on Internet, and the interface is humanization. In addition, the system is not static database software but a dynamic system and can realize scheduled maintenance. Content is also more extensive, and the optimization algorithm will be used to optimize the design of mechanical parts web programming, to achieve a long-distance optimized design, engineering and technical personnel to bring great convenience; Moreover, the addition of a modern design software segment, which included a three-layer data sets, a specific detailed design software to the technical features, product features, etc., greatly enhancing the usefulness of the system.
