In addition to mechanical seals of light-load, high-speed or blood condition in the state of the whole film lubrication fluid, the most of friction is in the work of the mixed state in the actual functioning of the mechanical seal in the mechanical seal installations. Actually the mechanical seal ends are rough surface and the sealing surface of the film is thin extremely and the surface roughness is basical in the same order of magnitude. After the concept of the film lubrication is raised, it has been great developed. The thin film lubrication is small in the apparent thickness and close to be lubricated molecule-scale particles, so it needs to consider the effects of particulate standards.First of all, In this article it is based on the mechanical seal mixed friction model and considered the elasticity micro extremely hydrodynamic effect to the mechanical seal mixed friction influence, and established the reasonable elastic micro extremely fluid contact two-dimensional mathematical model. And it is used of the finite difference method and the C language, and solves the Reynold two-dimensional governing equation, and then obtained the internal flow field pressure distribution and the lubricant film thickness chart under the different micro extremely parameter.But the flexible mechanical seal lubrication theory is applied to the study of the EHL to solve some analysis of elastic deformation and hydrodynamic lubrication between the role of the multi-parameter. There are no commercial off-the-shelf software and solve this problem, and it is very difficult calculation and the study of the issue rare. Thus in the mechanical seal and the EHL-very mixed friction mobile market research , it has important practical significance.In addition, leak is fundamental problem in mechanical seals, and the calculation of the leakage is important particularly. So the study on the seal gap of the flow field is very significant.Under considering the fluid-elastic effects of the oil film thickness and the friction coefficient are more value. It shows that the fluid effects can increase the carrying capacity of film and liquid viscosity.If the leakage is smaller, it shows that the effect of micro-lubrication fluid sealing is very good. And it can work well with the actual leakage of an astomosis. Using the micro-fluid theory may be expected very well to film lubrication properties. Under considering the micro circumstances, the polar film thickness is greater than EHL theoretical expectations.The presence of molecular membrane is equal to increase the lubricant viscosity, then it can increase the carrying capacity of lubricating film thickness. It is significant that this paper raised the results for the mechanical seal to design and use.
