Hydrostatics and aerostatic screw have been applied widely on the ultra-precision machinery because of high rotational accuracy, calm operation, low friction and long life-span etc. In this paper, the bearing capacity, static stiffness of the hydrostatic pressure lead screw nut and associated theoretical calculation formula were analyzed in theory. And develops hydrostatics screw and hydrostatic and aerostatic porous thrust screw and use the cooling system forced cooling, so the system can effectively control the temperature rise. In the conditions of the absolutely rigid liquid assumptions, the internal fluid film pressure distribution equation was deduced. Through simulation, the curves of various influencing factors with system capacity were obtained, as well as the main heat source-flow friction power in the relevant factors and their relationship. The main factors which impact the system capacity and power of friction have been analyzed, and the results described that in the allowable range, the change on the displacement which cased by the change of external load affect little on the friction, so the friction heat which generated by external load is not the main factor. The change of temperature affects heavily on the lubricants, so how to control strictly temperature rising of the system is very significant.Hydrostatic and aerostatic experimental rig was designed on which the static performance of screw system and bearings could be achieved. The best parameters and structures of designing static nut can be found through the experimental analysis of different structure, different parameters static nuts, it is good for the development of hydrostat lead screw nut. The structure of hydrostatic lead screw in the process of high-speed plays a extremely important role, not only affect the system load, but also directly affect the system temperature, thus affecting the all performance of the system. Based on the analysis of heat transfer knowledge, from the heat conduction, describing temperature effects on the system related factors, and pointing out the importance that the nut in the hydrostatic pressure in the cooling system.
