Fuel cell is recognized as a vehicle power which has the best development prospect for its high energy density, low work temperature and non-polluting emissions , the research on fuel cell engine becomes current research focus and has made great progress. Except for the quality of fuel cell and assistant system , the reliability and durability of fuel cell engine mostly depends on its control system. therefore , the control system becomes an important and necessary part to the research on fuel cell engine. Base on many analysis to the deficiency of tranditrional control system soft ware, the paper design a new kind of reconfigurable fuel cell engine control system to the 60kw double fuel cell engine, which achieves reconfigurable upgrade of the control system and reconfigurable selection of the control strategies, this paper also study on intelligent control arithmetic. Main research achievement as bellows:According to the Performce which Fuel Cell engine must reach, the architectural structure of the Fuel Cell engine control system is studied. with the embedded microprocessor as its core, the paper design such as interface module,communicaiton module and other modules, then realize the fuel cell engine hardware system of control system; Based on the DSP software research platform, used C language and assembler language programming, the whole software is realized.The research of software architecture and reconfiguration technology have been launched. Pointng out that the object of software design is not only achieving the function and performance of the system ,but also achieving a higher level of understanding,maintenance and expansion, then finishing the analyzsis of the importance of software architecture in software design and pointing out the reconfiguration technology that realize the software upgrading of the embedded system.Leading by designing thought of reconfiguration , according to analysing the different work states under the different work mode, combining special application situation of the fuel cell engine, aiming at various control request, this paper propose a set of reconfigurable upgrade strategy and control strategy which is fit for fuel cell engine, settle the problem that tranditional software of control system can not be upgraded and has no more than one control strategy for the first time.The algorithms research of the fuel cell engine have been launched. Discussing characteristic and difficulty of the fuel cell engine control system and application of different control technology in control processes, pointing out that the air flow control of the air supply system is key and difficulty in system of fuel cell. This paper introduces Fuzzy PID control algorithm to realize the high precision control of the air flow. Results show that the system has better control effectiveness.
