In this paper,we will make the explanation taking Xi'an as the exampleBased on the massive fundamental research, the field research and the environment test, The paper proposes the suitable ecology suitability strategy for xi'ann.But it coverages many knowledge about many subjects. This paper will makes the annotation about the ecology settlements mainly from the plan and the architectural design aspect, so that it is able to guide the design for the planner and architecter , causes its design more reasonable and more suitable.
