Abstract/Summary:
With the enhancement of global environmental considerations and the prominence of energy problems, electric vehicle have become one of the most important trends for energy-saving green vehicle, and developed quickly in 20th century. Motor and its control technology is one of the most important technologies that must be solved firstly.This paper used electric vehicle of dual wheel driving based on refitted lark car as testing platform, and taken BLDC motor as the research subject, then designed control system of BLDC motor.According to the structure and movement principle of BLDC motor, this paper analyzed the movement characteristic and the velocity modulation principle of BLDC motor. Built the mathematical model of the system and introduced the principle of BLDC motor double-loop speed regulation system.To improve performance of electric vehicle driven system, BLDC motor used two-closed-loop control system combined by speed outer loop and current inner loop. This paper designed speed outer loop Fuzzy-PID controller and current inner loop PI controller, and established the simulation model of BLDC motor driven control system. The results of simulation proved that control strategy is rational and feasible.Using high-speed digital signal processor (DSP) as control chip, and given the system hardware circuits design scheme. At the aspect of software where modular design was used, DSP integrated development environment CCS was used to debug software, and development efficiency was enhanced.Finally, no-load bench test was done. Test results indicated that control system of BLDC motor for electric vehicle has good credibility and favorable control performance.
