Electric Power Steering system(EPS), which emerged in recent years, is a new type of vehicle steering system. This paper analyzed the physical models and mathematical models of the EPS for the study of column EPS, presented the control system of EPS against the simplified physical model and established EPS mainly controled by TI's TMS320LF2407 Digital Signal Processor.Firstly, this paper established the mathematical model of ESP,researched the three control strategy of the electric power steering control: assist control, return control and damp control. This helps to improve the capacity of EPS while providing appropriate assistance.Secondly, this paper replaced the DC motor with brushless DC (BLDC) motor, established a mathematical model of the BLDC motor and researched the control methods and control strategies of it. This paper also built BLDC motor control simulation system with a electric power module and certified the correction of the control method of the BLDCM through the simulation.Thirdly,this paper utilized current negative feedback control means to help the assistance motor in achieving the electrical current and power of torque while steering; The system used PID control strategy to meet the strict requirements of no overshoot, anti-disturbance capacity-load, real-time and rapid response.At last,this paper constucted the BLDC motor control system with TMS320LF2407 microprocessor control as the core, designed the hardware circuit, programmed and debugged the corresponding control procedures, designed the control system of BLDC motor. |
