With the airplane performance rising, the escape systems of shoot off------asaviator's "Vessel of existence", also require continuously spread escape limit, lift performance, that is guarantee for the safety of aviator. Wind-tunnel test is important in investigation of the ejection seat, such test data frequently is the firsthand foundation for the ejection seat designing and improving. Based on the pressure situation on human body, the action of individual guard, the stability of ejection seat, the trajectories and escape limit of ejection seat, and so on, the thesis researched the test technique of ejection seat in low speed wind-tunnel, with the need of aerodynamic characteristics researching on aviation ejection seat. Main work of the thesis consists of the below respect:(1) It was achieved to adopt the balance of the little steady umbrella and the helmet pull balance , that is the aerodynamic characteristics of ejection seat passenger's helmet and the little steady umbrella were measured with the ejection seat general aerodynamic force measurement at the same time. The launch is imitated really in the wind tunnel test of ejection seat. The research supplied the technique foundation for the further modification researches on the partial system of ejection seat.(2) By means of affixing slice to the flying suit face, successfully achieved the pressure measurement of complex flexible of clothing passenger. Adopt the pair-comparison testing means in research, successfully verified the flexible pattern measurement result. Provided a new and reality low speed wind-tunnel experiment technique for the aerodynamic characteristics of ejection seat researches.(3) In order to measure accurately the aerodynamic characteristics of ejection seat at little angle, decrease support interference, and being aimed at the new ejection seat haves the distinguishing feature that the composition complex and thin wall, from rightful design successfully resolve the problem of ejection seat intensity insufficiently and the difficulty of finding the benchmark to fix the balance, adopt the exploring arm support system, penetrate into the model through the back of ejection seat to test. Thereby the success was achieved on the support system on back, and supplying the technique foundation to decrease support interference of the aviation ejection seat on low speed wind-tunnel test.(4) Utilize the developed experiment technique, obtained the result of high performance ejection seat in low speed wind-tunnel. The results supply the technique foundation to aerodynamic characteristics theory research and design of ejection seat.
