New high-pressure sealing construction is an innovation which is designed basing on several high-pressure sealing constructions Based on stress analysis, intensity of the construction is studied in this paper. The main research results are as follows:(1)Mechanical models of the load-carrying parts are built, severe stress is obtained by elastic analysis method, simple and practical formulas are derived, the intensity of the construction is also studied.(2)Hydrostatic test is carried out on 60 MPa Pressure chamber in which new high-pressure sealing construction is used as the sealing end, stress distribution on the surface of the sealing construction is mastered, evenness of mating surface is studied.(3)Integral finite element model is built, contact element is used to simulate the contact between three load-carrying parts; stress assess is based on standard of "design by analysis" ;stresses obtained by FEM and hydrostatic test are compared, the results indicates they are anastomotic.(4)Based on contact analysis, load distribution on contact surface is studied; several load models are introduced; these models are compared and analysized.
