In recent years, impact rolling technology starts to use in reconstruction of old cement concrete pavement, by its good usability and the obvious economic efficiency, this technology has attracted the highway maintenance department's attention and shown a wide prospect in its application. But in domestic, the study on impact rolling technology is still at the starting stage, the comprehensive analysis method based on theoretical, experimental and mathematical model analysis is seldom discussed. Some important index are still lack of corresponding standards and theoretical basis. Therefore the current research shows blindness and casualness.In combination with the impact rolling technology used in rehabilitation of old cement concrete pavement on National Route 316 fuzhou Section, the impact rolling technology's action mechanism and dynamic response of embankment is systematically studied in the paper. Firstly, based on comprehending the recent study of impact rolling technology and engineering practice at home and abroad, reinforcement principle,energy transfer mechanism,influence depth of impact rolling are analyzed. Through field test and plenty of data analysis, the characteristic and distribution rules of dynamic stress were concluded from different times and d construction speed etc. Meanwhile, in order to test the impact rolling effect, some section that was reinforced by impact rolling technology has been chosen for dynamic response test while it's under traffic loads. By the dynamic data collection and signal analysis, the assessment of impact rolling effect was obtained. Finally,on the basis of elasticity,plasticity and rehology performance, combining the field test results with the study of the soil dynamic constitutive model, a dynamic stress working model and it's kinematics equation of impact rolling load and embankment was established,which will provide reference for the application of impact rolling technology.
