Rail passenger line is a new passenger transportation facility during medium and long distance, represents the future direction for the development of its advanced technology concern. The problem of station distributing is the main thesis during the programming and designing stage of the line. Stations are windows to provide service to guests and base of itself to operate for the rail passenger line system. Locating of stations as an important part of station distributing, can ensure the technical and economical rationality and nice social benefit to realization.Currently there are still many problems including how to locate stations in the planning and building of rail passenger line, therefore it is necessary to scientific planning station distributing and the hub layout of urban, analysis the decision-making factors of railway passenger line station locating and the relationship between the factors systematically, and explore scientific and reasonable solution.FNN is fuzzy logic and neural networks, the combination of the two make up for the integration of the neural networks in the fuzzy data processing and pure lack of fuzzy logic in learning deficiencies. The FNN decision-making methods of exploration and research in Passenger line station locating has theoretical and practical significance and will promote the research for traffic problems based on FNN.The main thesis of this work include:1. Research the factors of railway passenger line station locating from the economic, social, functional, planning and environmental aspects in depth, promote the ideas to solve the problems to fit the passenger line station locating.2. FNN integration in decision-making advantages and characteristics, use fuzzy neural network theory in passenger line station locating decisions.3. Use Matlab7.5 procedures to simulate decision-making ideas for the fuzzy neural network on station locating.4. Give an analysis of actual cases that verify the feasibility and advanced of FNN.
