| ABSTRACT: As factory of the compositions of trains, marshalling yards is mainly in charge of adaptation of train traffic stream, own sophisticated technical facilities, handle technical operation of freight trains and wagons. Operative plan compilation works is the kernel of dispatching and conducting of marshalling stations(MS), it's quality directly affected the order and efficiency in MS transportation production.therefore,as the kernel issue of transportation production theory, the optimize compilation problem in MS operation plan is always the focus of transportation experts and scholar pay attention to.however,in terms of actual situation, our country's MS operation plan compilation is not quite intellectualized and automatized, the compilation quality couldn't sufficiently fit in the existed request of MS dispatching and conduction works. Accomplish with the constant propel of state's railway informationized engineering , further research on both theory and method of MS operating plan optimize to enhance intellectualized decision making ability and seek for efficient procedure of MS operation plan compilation optimization becomes a burning question.
