The system is offering service to the EV which will be used to transport reporters and athletes during the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008.This thesis divides the system into three subsystems--the EV Terminal system for information collection and transmission (EVT), the EV Service system for data transmitted and data storage (DS), and the EV Data Management System for battery's controll (DM). The thesis introduces and describes what the subsystem's function and structure is and how to implement it, and then focuses on the GPRS/Database communication which the system is based on, and researches how to keep the communication reliable. After the battery's data was collected and stored by system, the thesis analyses the battery's state and computes the battery's state of charge (SOC) to make sure the battery is safe.The most prominent feature of this thesis is using two kinds of communication mechanisms to make sure the remote control is Real-time and reliable.
