Under the background of promoting "the development and use of high -performance,a new energy -saving building materials", the issue of cracks in infill wall of frame has become urgent to solve. Frame system is widely used in China construction, but which is also faced the problem of wall cracks. It not only has great practical significance to solve the problem of cracks in infill wall of frame, but also has great social significance and economic value. On the basis of light-quality-infill-wall-controlling-technique research task, This paper deals with simulation and analyzing on infill wall of frame's temperature cracks. With the investigation result and the experimental result, analyze originality of the frame-infill-wall.Introduce the investigation of infill wall of frame at first, summarize the main forms and distributed rule of cracks: the majority is the vertical and oblique cracks, few is the horizontal and irregular crack; most cases, the cracks appear at both ends of the roof and around-the-wall facade. Sum up the impact factors of infill wall: the wall material temperature uneven foundation settlement, and so on.Secondly, make a temperature load simulation test based on the investigation result. Introduce the experimental construction and testing, analysis results obtain: the junction of the wall and beams or wall and columns appears vertical and horizontal cracks easily; temperature changes and material properties are important reasons causing infill wall cracks. The structural column can effectively avoid cracks of the infill wall. With the investigation result and the experimental construction test result, the reason causing infill wall cracks has been synthetically analyzed in this paper. Introduce the physical mechanics performance of infill wall, discuss the relationship of physical mechanics performance of the testing wall block body(aerated concrete block and shale hollow brick) and the wall crack. The theoretical analysis result is: The main origin of the crack lies in the temperature difference and the material contraction. the control crack measure may be strengthened in these two aspects.Finally, simplified experimental model is built and analyzed under the conditions of different temperature and different material. Block is supposed as a uniform material and having same properties and its relation of stress-strain adopts the model of ANSYS Drucker-Prager(DP), simulates the artificial block and brick body, with ANSYS in concrete unit Solid65. The two walls of having different materials are imposed on four levels of temperature loads, carry on the non-linear finite element simulation analysis. Simulated wall cracks appear the same site as the test result basically.This paper carries on simulation test and non-linear finite element analysis for the infill wall of frame under the condition of different materials and different temperatures. I hope this paper can make some help for solving the infill wall cracks. |
