Grounding the power system is an important issue,Ground will have a direct bearing on electrical equipment and personal Security.The accuracy of grounding resistance measurement is directly related to the correct judgement of the network of ground construction quality, and the grounding in the operation of the network .So increasing the accuracy of ground resistance measurement is very important, Otherwise will result in a waste of resources and personal property losses.In this paper, a comprehensive account of grounding impedance measurements to the basic principles of analysis and comparison of the various grounding impedance measurement method commonly used the advantages and disadvantages.Current grounding resistance measurement method is to measuring the ground resistance under industrial frequency , but, We found the substation of ground network that flows through the network is the most current mine.The lightning current wave is a first very steep, and its wealth of instantaneous frequency pulse wave unipolar.From access to ground network, has to take a nosedive to the soil of the process, with the traditional measure ground resistance when injected into the measurement signal completely different.With the impact of current role, the grounding of the net effect of resistance still exist, but the effect will not be allowed at this time inductance ignored, and even played a major role.Therefore, the traditional concept of grounding resistance in the impact of current circumstances, has been unable to accurately reflect the situation of ground network, in which we focused on the impact of current conditions under the ground network of ground impedance characteristics.According to this, we propose a new method of measuring the earth, namely, the use of impact for the current used for measuring current, and use of spectrum analysis to measure the grounding grid computing.By measuring Panzhihua substation ground network experiments prove its feasibility, precision engineering requirements can be achieved, better stability.This method can resistance and reactor components separately,which other methods to measure the impact can not be measured impedance grounding.The principle of equipment is simple, anti-interference capability and high accuracy, and facilitate the practical application.
