| Load matching is intended to make induction heating power to the rated output power, and improve efficiency. In this paper, the basic induction heating power load matching a brief analysis. This paper proposes a new method of load matching - Pulse shield law. In this paper a new method of matching the load to the basic tenets of the process flow for a detailed description of the state and its various work done a simulation analysis. This method is simple, continuous adjustment, and dynamic adjustment, low cost. In this paper the design of the new control circuit load matching, and 3 KW, 250KHZ high frequency induction heating power on the test, the test results show that the control circuit to achieve the projected results.
